Kindly respond to your confirmation email and attach a copy of your receipt showing vendor and date of purchase. Please note that we can only honor warranties from authorized dealers within the 2 year period (exception: 5 year period for model T1 and T5p headphones and MMX 300 Aviation headsets). Upon receipt of your proof of purchase, we will approve your repair request. You will then receive shipping instructions so that you can go ahead and send your device to us for repair.
